4. During the data entry why the mandatory field is allowed to leave blank?
All the mandatory fields are highlighted as blue color. When you try to save the entry, system will validate all the entry fields if any uncompleted mandatory field. If so, it will prompt a message box and bring you to the field which is required to be entered. System will not lock any mandatory field when it is blank. It will improve the efficiency of the data entry and prevent the user lock up by accidentally move the cursor to any mandatory field.
